These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed on https://www.giftshop.ae 


By placing an order with https://www.giftshop.ae you accept and agree to these terms and conditions, the Privacy Policy and such other policies listed and regularly updated on the website, which together constitute the entire agreement between us. Nothing in these terms of user and privacy policy affects your statutory rights, either as a consumer or otherwise.

 

Complete description of the Goods & Services provided 

https://www.giftshop.ae sell cakes, flowers, customize products and rest of gift items from 3rd party suppliers.

 

Refund/Cancellation policy : 

https://www.giftshop.ae  will refund any cancelled orders less the agreed cancellation charges which are applied by each supplier & any  applied costs. These charges will be shown at the time of payment and confirmation.

All refunds of any transaction amount will be made to the original form of payment.All complaints and order issues should be made in writing.

 

Transaction currency 

All payments are charged in Dirham the currency of the country United Arab Emirates which is displayed on our website as AED. Our currency converter is a simple tool to give you an approx value in your local currency. We will not be responsible for bank charges or fees applied by your credit card or bank; it is only for approximate guidelines and may differ slightly to what you are charged

Delivery & Replacement policy 

Your order will be confirmed after placing order and receipt of payment. Delivery in Dubai and Sharjah will be made via our supplier temperature controlled chiller van in person; other Emirates will be delivered using a local courier service and will be a next day delivery service if the products are available to be purchased.

The contents of each gift are subject to availability.  Giftshop.ae reserves the right to substitute any items where appropriate, and guarantee that all replacements are of equal or greater value. Delivery information such as Customer Name, Location, Address and Contact Number will be stored for delivery purposes.  Other personal identifiable information will not be stored. Same day delivery is available for orders received before 2 PM dubai time.

 

Eligibility & registration requirement

  1. You are eligible to register as a buyer or seller and benefit from the Services if you meet the following eligibility criteria:
  • for buyers:
    •  you are above the legal age for purchasing products.
    •  you are able to provide an address in the UAE.
  • for sellers:
    •  you are a legal entity duly registered in UAE.
    •  Trade license;
    •  Proof of authorization for the individual who will be registering and using the Site;
    •  you provide identification for the authorized person;
    •  you can provide supporting bank details; and
    •  you acknowledge and agree that for certain product categories, additional requirements might be applicable.

All virtual products are digital products and delivered via email to your given email address after purchase.

We only send the code(s) for completed payments with 3-D Secure debit/credit card. If the debit/credit card you have used to purchase is not 3-D Secured – your payment will be reviewed, and a code will be generated manually within one (1) working day. We do not offer instant digital codes for payments transacted through PayPal or Cash on Delivery (C.O.D).

No Refund Policy on digital products: Once your order has been placed successfully and a code has been sent, NO REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED
The sent product PIN is guaranteed to be exactly as described and in working condition, if your delivered PIN code is not as described - please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Payment: 

We accept payments online using Visa, MasterCard credit/debit in AED Dirham. The detail of credit card should be provided at payment step. https://www.giftshop.ae does store any credit card inform, The required information are provided to payment gateway and after verification on the payment gateway, the order is received.  In case of any dispute, the law applicable would be based on the UAE Governing Law.
