We also offer same-day express delivery for AED 99 if the order is placed before 1 pm. During peak seasons, extra charges may apply. Also, please make sure to confirm your request with our customer service via email or WhatsApp in advance. 

Personalized gifts & cake designs cannot be delivered on the same day.

Our delivery times are between 10 am and 6 pm. We cannot confirm a specific delivery time, however, you can request in the 'Special Instructions' box for a specific time frame, and we will try our best to deliver during that time frame.

We will use all reasonable endeavors to ensure that delivery will be on the requested delivery date and during the delivery timeframe. We cannot guarantee the time of delivery due to traffic, parking difficulties, or delays from previous orders/deliveries. 

A few products may not be available for same-day delivery. Such information is given on the respective product page & in the terms & conditions. All products are deemed accepted upon our delivery of the product to the designated recipient's address.

Giftshop.ae will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of UAE

In accordance with UAE law and OFAC regulations, we do not ship to these countries, which include Iran, Syria, North Korea, Cuba Libya, Somalia, Yemen, Sudan, Venezuela, and Russia.
